Bahawalpur Industrial Estate Attracts EOIs From Investors
According to a newspaper advertisement, the Punjab Industrial Estates Development and Management Company (PIEDMC) has invited expressions of interest (EOIs) from entrepreneurs and industrialists to acquire land in the Bahawalpur Industrial Estate. It is anticipated that the industrial zone will generate 200,000 new employees.

Download Expressions of Interest (EoI) applications from the PIEDMC website by the 20th of April and send them to the Lahore office.
The authorities have identified the following essential characteristics of the industrial estate:
- One-window Procedure
- Waste disposal
- Parks
- Commercial sector
- Hospitals \sMosques
- Business banking network
- Safe and secure gated neighborhood
- Provision of natural gas, electricity, and water without interruption

In DHA Bahawalpur, a gas station, a food court, and a market will be supplied, among other amenities.
According to the advertisement, textile, food processing, shoe, agricultural, light engineering, oil mills, handicrafts, artificial jewelry, warehouses, and plastic industry ginning mills would have specialized industrial unit sectors. In addition, the advertisement emphasized that the expression of interest had no legal or financial implications for either the applicant or PIEDMC.
