By March, Gwadar to Get Units of Solar Power Generation
According to sources, the federal cabinet authorized the agreement between the Chinese Ministry of Environment and the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) Authority for the installation of 3,200 solar power generation units in the port city of Gwadar on Tuesday, January 4th.

The solar power units will also contribute to the resolution of Gwadar’s electricity challenges. According to Planning Minister Asad Umer, Gwadar would also have solar panels. In March, the project will be initiated.
