LAHORE: The Punjab Central Business District Development Authority (CBD Punjab) has reviewed construction progress at three major projects in Lahore — CBD Vertex, CBD Walk and NSIT City — as part of efforts to ensure timely completion and maintain construction standards.
CEO CBD Punjab Imran Amin visited the project sites to inspect ongoing development activities. He was accompanied by senior CBD Punjab officials, representatives of NESPAK and project contractors.
The inspection focused on construction progress, quality control and adherence to approved project timelines.
At CBD Vertex, finishing works are progressing rapidly, with the installation of exterior elevation tiles and digital screens nearing completion. Work on epoxy flooring and the parking management system has also entered its final stages, indicating that several key components of the project are approaching completion.
The CEO also inspected CBD Walk, where the grey structures of all units have been completed. Installation of exterior elevation tiles is now underway, marking the next phase of construction and finishing work at the project.
Meanwhile, significant progress has also been reported at NSIT City. The main structure of the central entrance gate has been completed, while work on the entrance passage is nearing completion. Façade work on the multi-storey Celestia IT & Office Tower is also continuing.
Following the site inspections, Imran Amin chaired a progress review meeting with officials, consultants and contractors. The meeting examined project timelines, structural integrity, architectural standards and construction quality.
The CEO directed all relevant stakeholders to ensure that the projects are completed within their approved timelines while maintaining the required standards of construction and workmanship.
Imran Amin said CBD Punjab is committed to supporting economic growth and strengthening modern urban infrastructure across Punjab. He stressed the importance of timely project completion and durable construction to ensure that investors and the public can benefit from high-quality commercial and technology-focused facilities.
