Chery Master Pakistan, introduced locally by Master Auto Engineering (part of the Master Group), has indicated plans to expand its future vehicle lineup in Pakistan with two to three new models, including the Tiggo 4 HEV, QQ BEV, and Tiggo V. The move reflects Chery’s broader global strategy to strengthen its presence in hybrid, electric, and multi-purpose mobility segments.
The development follows the company’s participation at Auto China 2026, where its local leadership engaged with global executives and reviewed upcoming product and technology plans. Globally, Chery Automobile has outlined an ambitious roadmap to introduce 13 new models over the next two years, covering petrol, hybrid, and electric vehicles across SUVs, sedans, urban mobility, and pickup segments.
In Pakistan, the company sees strong potential for these categories as consumers increasingly shift toward fuel-efficient and practical vehicles due to rising fuel costs and changing transportation needs. According to Chery Master Pakistan CEO Samir Malik, the company is evaluating models that suit local road conditions, customer expectations, and long-term mobility trends.
At the exhibition, the QQ BEV drew attention as a compact electric vehicle offering a range of up to 410 km, targeting urban users in cities like Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad where compact size and low running costs are key advantages.
The Tiggo V concept was also highlighted for its flexible design, combining SUV comfort, MPV space, and pickup-like utility—an approach that aligns with local demand for versatile family and commercial-use vehicles.
Meanwhile, the Tiggo 4 HEV could help expand hybrid adoption in Pakistan’s compact SUV segment, where fuel efficiency is becoming increasingly important, especially given limited charging infrastructure for fully electric vehicles.
Chery currently operates in more than 130 countries with over 19 million global users, and remains one of China’s major automotive exporters, with a significant share of its production shipped overseas.
In Pakistan, Chery Master Pakistan has already built a strong hybrid SUV lineup, including the Tiggo 9 PHEV, Tiggo 8 PHEV (a 7-seater), and Tiggo 7 PHEV, covering multiple SUV segments and reinforcing its focus on making advanced hybrid technology more accessible in the local market.
