CPEC Assures Development in Dera
The multibillion dollar CPEC project, according to Dera district commissioner Amir Latif, will bring socio economic prosperity.
In his conversation with the concerned officials, he stated that the CPEC route via Dera Ismail Khan was practically finished. He declared that once the last few portions were finished, the route will be made available to traffic. He claimed that the project will improve the people’s fate.

According to Amir Latif, the distance between Dera Ismail Khan and Islamabad will only be 280 kilometers once the route is complete.
He declared that his top objective during Ramadan was to provide facilities for the populace. He claimed that during the fasting month, the province government made sure that people received high-quality food at reasonable prices.
He said that sasta bazaars had been set up in each of the Dera division’s district offices. He claimed to be personally visiting the sasta bazaars and to have ordered the district administrations to give the customers every amenity.

The Dera commissioner declared that the situation with Covid-19 in the district was under control and asked the populace to take precautions to slow the pandemic’s spread.
