Funds Released for Industrial Projects
In its 151st meeting, the Board of Directors of the Punjab Industrial Estates Development and Management Company approved the release of 3 billion rupees for the completion of six development projects in the current fiscal year.

The allocation includes 1 billion rupees for the Quaid-e-Azam Business Park, 1.01 billion rupees for the Bahawalpur Industrial Zone, 50 million rupees for a feasibility study of the Sialkot Industrial Zone, 450 million rupees for the construction of a state-of-the-art auto technology park at the Quaid-i-Azam Business Park, 100 million rupees for a bio equivalence facility in the PDTRC, Sundar Industrial Estate,

The Board of Directors meeting, chaired by Syed Nabil Hashmi, also approved the launch of training and internship programs for university students, the provision of security services in industrial zones, and the exemption of five percent service charges on the return of plots in Rahim Yar Khan, Bhalwal, and Vehari industrial zones due to Special Economic Zone restrictions. Also, the minutes of the 150th board meeting were accepted.
