Further German Investors to Invest in Punjab
The German ambassador to Pakistan, Bernhard Schlagheck, has stated that German businessmen will take advantage of Punjab’s investment-friendly atmosphere.

In a meeting with Punjab Minister for Industries and Trade Mian Aslam Iqbal prior to the ashura holidays, he emphasized that numerous German companies had already invested in the province and that more German businessmen were anticipated to follow suit. At the meeting, issues relating to mutual interests, bilateral collaboration, and investment prospects in Punjab were discussed.
In his remarks, the minister informed the envoy that Pakistan and Germany maintained robust friendly ties.

He disclosed that the government of Punjab and German firms were collaborating in the technological sector and emphasized the need to strengthen collaboration.
He stated that there was a great deal of room for the Technical Education and Vocational Training Authority (TEVTA) and German technical institutes to accelerate their cooperation.
