Gulberg 7 Commercial Plots Registration Opened by LCBDDA
Lahore: The Lahore Central Business District Development Authority (LCBDDA) Gulberg, near Kalma Chowk, has announced the second auction of seven premium mixed-use commercial plots of varying sizes on Main Boulevard, and interested parties are invited to a registration ceremony.

The LCBDDA is offering a five-year payment plan for plots in the ‘first Downtown’ of Lahore, which is part of the second auction’ now taking place. Lahore offers a restricted number of plots to expand its commercial activity. It will encourage the construction of vertical structures.
The application forms for plots in Downtown Lahore invite prospective investors to select the plot size that is most appealing to them. The candidates would supply their registered businesses’ names, cities, and types.

Mr. Hasan Khawar, Special Assistant to the Chief Minister (SACM) of Punjab, was also excluded from the master plan. The master plan comprises the first organized downtown area, a residential city, and a digital city. He also noted that the proposal incorporates contemporary municipal amenities such as blue highways, pedestrian facilities, intelligent trees, and an underground traffic system. In addition, it includes uninterruptible power supply and the Internet of Things (IoT). The government intends for the CBD program to produce up to PKR 2.5 trillion in economic activity.
