Hassanabdal Chowk, Adjacent Roads Cleared of Encroachments
During an operation, the district administration of Attock cleared Hassanabdal Chowk and the adjacent region of encroachments.
Lockdown restrictions were relaxed in Islamabad.
Under the supervision of Assistant Commissioner Zuliara Jalil, tehsil municipal administration (TMA) and police officers removed encroachments from both sides of the G.T. Road at the major bus terminal and neighboring locations.

In addition to removing roadside pushcarts, the authorities removed a number of unlawful additions and encroachments constructed by business owners.
In front of numerous stores and plazas, the local government utilized heavy machinery to remove cement encroachments and steel fixtures that had been manufactured and installed.
In the meanwhile, TMA officials advised store owners against future encroachment.

Later, the sellers whose carts were confiscated attempted to block G.T. Road in protest, but were arrested and transferred to the police station.
