RS 2 Billion Honey Project Production Boost by 90% in 2 Years
Saudi Arabia has expressed interest in purchasing all of the honey generated by the billion tree honey project, which Prime Minister Imran Khan plans to expand over the next two years.
According to insiders, Imran Khan plans to initiate a Rs 2 billion honey project involving the construction of 30 collection stations and three quality control laboratories.
Over the next two years, the expansion project will increase honey production by 9 percent.

Amin Aslam, a climate change advisor, presented the Saudi ambassador Nawaf bin Saad Al-Malki and the British high commissioner Christian Turner with honey from the billion tree tsunami initiative to demonstrate its popularity among diplomats.
Both ambassadors expressed support for the effort, with the Saudi ambassador saying that his country will acquire all of the honey produced by the operation.
