Jazz International Holding Limited has officially completed its acquisition of TPL Insurance Limited, securing a 76.33% stake in the company through a share purchase agreement and a mandatory tender offer.
The development was confirmed in a material information notice submitted to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), stating that the transaction was finalized on July 13, 2026, with the acquired shares formally transferred to Jazz International Holding Limited.
Jazz Takes Control of TPL Insurance
The acquisition follows the proposed deal announced in April 2026 and gives Jazz majority ownership and operational control of TPL Insurance.
With the transaction now complete, TPL Insurance is expected to become part of the broader Jazz and VEON digital ecosystem, opening new opportunities for growth and technological innovation.
