Khidmat Apki Dehleez Per was introduced in the garrison city of Rawalpindi on directives from Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar.

Heavy gear was used to start the operation by clearing the rubbish that had been placed along the sides of the roadways in Committee Chowk and Millat Colony. Promotional materials for the program’s Android application were also given out to citizens at a camp set up for the event.
Mr. Tarrar claimed that Mr. Buzdar’s cleanup campaign had given the populace authority. According to him, any citizen may file a complaint using the program’s newly released application. The complaint will appear on the central dashboard, and the relevant agency will address it with visual proof.
