KP Building Low-Cost NPHP Apartment in Rehman Baba Complex, Warsak
According to recent reports, the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) housing department would construct 1080 flats in the Rehmann Baba Complex as part of the Naya Pakistan Housing Program (NPHP), in addition to 160 homes in the Warsak1 project.

During the 27th meeting of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Ministry of Housing officials, led by Dr. Amjad Ali, the decision was made. During the conference, it was decided that 53 Dheri Zardad Charsadda properties will also be included in the NPHP.
According to the information provided, 49% of the units in both housing developments were earmarked for state government employees, while 51% were designated for journalists, minorities, disabled individuals, widows, and foreign Pakistanis.

Dr. Ali stated that special accommodations for insects and people with disabilities are provided in all dwelling developments. In addition, he disclosed that plans had been started to construct affordable housing in Abuha Swat.
In order to address the demand for low-cost housing units, the minister reportedly asked the Board of Revenue authorities to streamline the land identification process in KP.
