KP to Launch Two New Housing Schemes in Peshawar, Mardan
In the next two months, the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government will launch two new housing complexes in the districts of Peshawar and Mardan.

These include the Tokra-III Housing Project on Peshawar’s Ring Road and the High-rise Flats Project in Mardan.
In accordance with the PM’s goal, the provincial government, he said, was taking tangible steps to provide low-cost housing facilities to low-income individuals.
According to a release, the meeting was attended by provincial ministers Dr. Amjad Ali and Mohibullah, the secretary for housing and the director general of the Provincial Housing Authority, and other top officials.
In October of this year, the High-Rise Flats Project in Mardan will also be initiated, according to information presented at the meeting.
The group was informed that the Hangu Housing Society would soon undergo development.
The balloting for 2,510 plots under Phase III of the Jalozai Housing Scheme was concluded, it was revealed during a presentation on other departmental initiatives.

The Jarma Housing Scheme in Kohat is also undergoing construction. According to the announcement, 463 plots of varying sizes would be allocated under the program.
The gathering was also informed that low-cost housing plans are being established in the peri-urban areas of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. In several districts, land has also been designated for the project.
