Islamabad: According to sources, the Capital Development Authority (CDA) intends to establish a mixed-use housing project in Kuri Enclave near Zone-IV of Islamabad. In addition, the initiative entails the construction of a “Guesthouse” at Rawal Lake and a “Capital Street” on Seventh Avenue.

According to news reports, the development authority has taken the initiative to launch a new affordable housing project that will be accessible to investors from all income brackets. The residential community will offer economic and high-quality initiatives to the residents of Islamabad.
In addition, the CDA has expressed concern regarding the rising number of stalled housing projects in the capital territory, which is a significant cause of rising encroachments and property values.

Moreover, in a meeting, the CDA approved 3,500 square feet of land in Zone-IV for the construction of a new guesthouse in Kuri Enclave. The hotel will provide its visitors with superior service and amenities. The development authority has authorized the construction of “Capital Street” in the Art and Craft Village by auctioning off 50 plots for restaurants.
