Pakistan’s Fuel Prices Remain the Lowest in the Region 9 Feb 2023
Federal Information and Broadcasting Minister Fawad Chaudhry defended the recent fuel price increase by asserting that Pakistan’s fuel costs remain the lowest in South Asia.

Fawad Chaudhry stated in a tweet that costs have increased because Pakistan purchases fuel from the international market.
According to him, the genuine success of the PTI Government is that it has greatly increased its income by 75%.

According to a statement released by the finance ministry, the federal government increased the price of gasoline by Rs 5 per litre for the remaining fifteen days of September 2021.
