PKR 1.4 Trillion for Housing Projects to Trigger Industry
Islamabad: According to our sources, on Thursday, February 10th, Prime Minister (PM) Imran Khan said that PKR 1.4 trillion, or more than 70,000 housing projects, have been approved for rapid construction.

Prime Minister Khan chairs the National Coordination Committee (NCC) Meeting on Housing, Construction, and Development. According to him, the authorized housing projects will also have an influence on the construction of PKR 7,300,000,000,000,000, hence creating 1,200,000 employment.

In addition, the prime minister stated that home funding has increased by 148% during the preceding three years. Since 2018, 161,924 housing units have reportedly been approved.
