The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has initiated the public consultation process for the revised and expanded layout plan of the New Islamabad Enclave housing project in Zone-5, inviting objections and claims before the proposal moves forward for approval.
According to an official notification issued by the Directorate of Housing Societies, the authority is reviewing an application submitted by M/s Earth Developers (Pvt.) Ltd. for a revised layout plan covering 999.06 kanals of land in Mouza Mughal, including Patti Chak Thub and Patti Mughal Khas.
As part of the approval process, the CDA has directed the developer to publish a public notice in one national English-language newspaper and one Urdu-language newspaper, in accordance with S.R.O. 886(I)/2023, issued on July 7, 2023.
The public notice must include the relevant Khasra numbers along with a certified Aks-Shajra, allowing stakeholders to review the proposed development.
The consultation process is intended to provide landowners, residents, and other interested parties with an opportunity to submit any objections, claims, or representations concerning the land included in the revised and extended layout plan before the CDA reaches a final decision.
To facilitate the next stage of the approval process, the authority has also provided the prescribed format for the public notice, which the developer is required to publish in compliance with regulatory requirements.
