Punjab Acquires International Aid for 11 Projects Planned in 2022
The Economic Affairs Division of the Punjab government has obtained international financing for eleven development projects in the province, according to the most recent news sources. 26 financing proposals were presented to donors and international financial organizations.

Listed below are some of the programs that have received funding:
The International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) provided PKR 780 million for the development of South Punjab’s remote regions. The World Bank (WB) supported the following projects:
- 270,7 million Pakistani rupees for the Punjab Cities Project
- 3,82 billion Pakistani rupees for the Human Capital Development Project
- 1.88 billion Pakistani rupees for the Third Punjab Education Sector Project
- 6,2 million Pakistani rupees for the Punjab Tourism for Economic Growth Project

The Asian Development Bank (ADB) has assisted with the following projects:
- PKR 4,54 billion for the Punjab Integrated Agriculture Productivity Improvement projec
- PKR 1 billion for the Bangladesh Integrated Agriculture Productivity Improvement Project.
- 210.65 million Pakistan Rupees for Urban Development Project
- 50 million Pakistani rupees for the Punjab water Resource project
- PKR 1,98 billion for the Punjab Intermediate Improvement Project
- PKR 530,65 million for the Head Trimmu and Panjnad Improvement Project.
