Revised Design of Ring Road Section Approved
Peshawar: Chief Minister Mahmood Khan has authorized the revised design and PC-I of the portion of Ring Road from Warsak Road to Nasir Bagh in an effort to alleviate traffic congestion in the provincial capital.

He also instructed the relevant authorities to finish all prerequisites for the project’s groundbreaking by October of this year.
The gathering was informed that the 8.7-kilometer, six-lane road will cost around Rs 16.48 billion to build.
The meeting approved the amended design, and the PC-I of the project and the concerned quarters were instructed to get the scheme approved by the Provincial Development Working Party and to solicit bids for its implementation as soon as possible so that construction could begin.

The chief minister stated that the project would greatly assist in resolving the city’s traffic problems in addition to providing quality transportation to the residents of the suburbs.
