Revised PC-1 of Mansehra-Naran-Jalkhad Road by NHA Board
The National Highways Authority (NHA) Executive Board has reportedly sent the Project Concept-1 (PC-1) for the 163-kilometer-long Mansehra-Naran-Jalkhad Road (N-15) to the relevant authorities in Islamabad.
The project of PKR 5.57 billion was received by the Central Development Working Party (CDWP)/Executive Committee of the National Economic Council (Ecnec). According to the reports, the cost of the project jumped by 45.8 percent under the revised PC-1, from PKR 3.820 billion to PKR 5.57 billion.

In addition, the board authorized a revised PC-1 and budgeted PKR 21.52 billion for the dualization and enhancement of the 80-kilometer-long Pindigheb-Kohat Road (N-80). The amended PC-1 for the 128-kilometer dualisation and upgradation of the Indus Highway (N-55) between Sarai Gambila and Kohat, with a total budget of PKR 33,774 billion, is also approved.
