Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy Z Fold 8 Wide may debut at a lower price than the current Galaxy Z Fold 7, according to a new leak revealing the expected European pricing for the company’s next-generation foldable smartphones.
The leak suggests that the Galaxy Z Fold 8 Wide will start at €1,999 for the 256GB model, making it €100 cheaper than the Galaxy Z Fold 7, which launched at €2,099 for the same storage option.
Samsung is also expected to offer the Fold 8 Wide in 512GB and 1TB variants, priced at €2,199 and €2,599, respectively.
The company is widely expected to unveil the Galaxy Z Fold 8 series, Galaxy Z Flip 8, and the new Galaxy Watch lineup during its Galaxy Unpacked event in London on July 22.

Galaxy Z Flip 8 May Also Get a Price Hike
The leak also points to higher prices for Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy Z Flip 8.
The foldable smartphone is expected to start at €1,299 for the 256GB model, while the 512GB version may cost €1,499. These prices represent increases of €100 and €180, respectively, over the Galaxy Z Flip 7.
Galaxy Watch 9 Series Prices Leaked
Samsung’s next-generation smartwatches are also expected to become more expensive.
The Galaxy Watch Ultra 2 LTE is tipped to launch at €749, approximately €50 more than the original Galaxy Watch Ultra.
Meanwhile, the Galaxy Watch 9 is expected to start at €409 for the 40mm model and €459 for the 44mm version. Models with LTE connectivity could cost an additional €30 over the standard Bluetooth variants.
