Development work at Seventeen Villas is continuing, with significant progress visible across the project as of September 2026.
The structure of the villas is now almost complete, marking another major stage in the project’s development. Work is also underway on internal roads to improve access and connectivity within the community.
In addition, development of the main park has started, adding to the project’s planned community infrastructure and open spaces.
The ongoing construction activities reflect continued progress across residential and community facilities at Seventeen Villas.
