Sheikhupura police have registered a case against a man accused of assaulting stage actress Shama Naz during a live theatre performance.
According to the actress, the suspect allegedly climbed onto the stage while the performance was in progress and physically attacked her. When her driver tried to intervene, the suspect reportedly slapped him as well.
Shama Naz told police that the man demanded she perform an inappropriate act. After she refused, he allegedly became aggressive and assaulted her.
Police identified the suspect as Raja Zain. A case has been registered at City A Division Police Station, and authorities have launched a search operation to arrest the accused.
