Islamabad: According to our sources, Mr. Afnan Alam, Director of Land for the Capital Development Authority (CDA), has announced the exclusion of all houses constructed in Sector C-15 following the land award. In addition, CDA will only consider houses that are present at the time land is awarded for BuP.

The CDA’s deputy commissioner will soon announce the BuP prize. According to a recent study, dwellings constructed on the acquired land were tallied. It will also pay owners of developed land (BuP).

Sector C-15’s land and BuP awards were announced many years ago. However, the BuP awards for regions such as Dhoke will be released shortly.
