Third Ballot for LDA City Files to Be Held After Eid
Following Eid-al-Fitr, the Lahore Development Authority (LDA) decided to hold the third ballot of candidates for LDA City.

The aforementioned declaration was made following a meeting that LDA Assistant Director General (Urban Planning) Rana Tika Khan presided over at the authority’s main headquarters.
Additionally, Mr. Khan stated that this third ballot will include all LDA City Phase-I files. There were several senior authority figures present at the conference.
Also, the authority held a poll for 2,000 LDA City Naya Pakistan Flats for government workers earning up to PKR 50,000 per month. The authorities has informed the allottees that the Bank of Punjab will contact them directly to issue the Letter of Comfort.

But, in the upcoming weeks, the ballot for an additional PKR 300,000 in assistance from Naya Pakistan Housing & Development Authority (NAPHDA) for these units will be carried out. The recipients of this subsidy offer will only need to put down 10% when purchasing apartments in LDA City Naya Pakistan.
