Work on Multi-Storey Parking Plazas to Start in August: CDA
Amer Ali Ahmed, the chairman of the Capital Development Body (CDA), announced that the authority had approved PC-1 for the construction of six multi-story parking plazas in Islamabad’s major business districts, with work set to begin by the end of August.

According to Amir Ali, each parking lot would have five to eight stories, with three suggested in the Blue Area, one in the F/10 sector, and others to be erected in the I/8 and F/8 sectors for the convenience of customers and store owners.
He added that the plan calls for the construction of six additional parking lots as well as the expansion and renovation of the city’s road system to address the capital’s growing traffic and parking issues.

The chairman stated that after concentrating on the CDA department’s financial stability, our key aim is to increase openness and implement reforms and official restructuring.
He announced that for the facilitation of the general public, CDA has planned to launch its helpline number and mobile app where citizens can register their any relevant department complaint which would be functional soon.
