MyZameen has announced that its Zameen Eon Property Blocks have reached 100% funding, with more than 190 investors coming together to fully fund the off-plan development.
The milestone represents one of the fastest full-funding cycles recorded by MyZameen since its launch and highlights growing investor interest in block-based property ownership as an accessible route into Pakistan’s premium real estate market.
The offering featured a one-bedroom apartment at Zameen Eon, an under-construction development located in NSIT, Lahore, and developed by Zameen Developments. Instead of requiring investors to purchase the entire property upfront, the apartment was divided into investment blocks priced at PKR 10,000 each, allowing a wider pool of investors to participate in the project.
The investment structure combined the potential benefits of early-stage off-plan investment, including capital appreciation as construction progresses, with monthly cashback beginning from the first month. Investors were also provided with a fully digital ownership process.
According to MyZameen, the rapid funding of Zameen Eon demonstrates increasing demand for more accessible real estate investment models. The company noted that the project was not funded by a small number of major buyers but by nearly 200 individual investors participating at different levels.
MyZameen said the achievement reflects the confidence of both new and returning investors in its approach to lowering the entry barrier for off-plan property ownership.
The company further reiterated its focus on structuring future opportunities around a combination of low entry costs, transparent digital ownership certificates and potential income during the construction phase rather than limiting returns to the handover stage.
With Zameen Eon Property Blocks now fully funded, MyZameen has also confirmed that another property investment opportunity is currently in the pipeline.
The upcoming project is expected to follow the platform’s strategy of making premium real estate opportunities accessible to a broader investor base, with further details to be announced soon.
The latest milestone adds to the growing evolution of digital and fractional-style property investment models in Pakistan, giving smaller investors new avenues to participate in high-value real estate developments.
