CDA to Organize A 3-Day Auction of Commercial Plots in Blue Area

Islamabad: According to an advertisement published in the national daily, the Capital Development Authority (CDA) has scheduled an open auction of commercial plots of all sizes and classifications in the developed sectors, including Islamabad’s Blue Area, on March 29–31 at 10 am.

The federal capital’s Jinnah Convention Center will host the aforementioned auction. Brochures describing the properties up for auction are accessible at the CDA’s one-window office as well as certain branches of commercial banks like HBL, UBL, MCB, Bank of Punjab (BoP), and Askari Bank.

The authority has also disclosed a number of advantages that potential investors can take advantage of with this auction:

• The investors may take advantage of Prime Minister Imran Khan’s construction relief programme if the project designs are authorised by June 30.
• The facilitation team will help the investors and give them all the resources they need.
• Within 30 days of the bid being accepted, the investors will be required to pay the first instalment of 25% of the bid price.
• On a pro rata basis, the advance tax will be collected.
• The building plan can be approved when the investors have made their initial payment, and they can launch after making the final payment.
• Investors who pay in full within 30 days after the issuing of the bid acceptance letter are eligible for a 10% discount.

Each commercial unit up for auction will have plenty of parking.
