SIALKOT: Etihad Town Sialkot has handed over possession of its residential blocks ahead of the originally planned schedule. The milestone was marked through a possession ceremony attended by customers, stakeholders, sales partners and other guests.
The early handover marks the completion of a major phase of the residential development. Customers received possession of their plots during the ceremony, reflecting progress made on the project within a shorter timeframe than initially planned.
Etihad Town said the Sialkot project was completed in about 1.5 years against a three-year payment plan. Commercial possession had already been handed over in January 2026, while the latest development allows residential plot owners to take possession.
The project is located on Main Sialkot-Daska Road and has around 800 feet of frontage. It is also situated about five minutes from the Lahore-Sialkot Motorway. The development features a planned road network, infrastructure and other facilities designed for residential use.
A dedicated sewage system is among the infrastructure developed for the project. The developer also arranged filling material from external sources instead of relying on soil removal from individual plots.
Etihad Town has expanded its presence across Lahore, Sialkot and Rahim Yar Khan since entering the market in 2017. The company says it has delivered several projects ahead of their scheduled timelines.
Speaking at the ceremony, Etihad Town COO Sheikh ShujaUllah Khan highlighted timely delivery and customer trust as key priorities. He said the early possession of the Sialkot residential blocks reflects the company’s focus on completing development commitments.
The ceremony also featured remarks from project management and invited guests. The early possession of the residential blocks marks another development milestone for Etihad Town Sialkot and provides customers with access to their plots ahead of the originally planned schedule.
