ISLAMABAD: The Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA) has issued a 15-day deadline to residents and defaulters in sectors G-13 and G-14/4 to clear outstanding occupancy, water and conservancy charges.
The notice was issued by FGEHA’s Revenue Directorate as a final opportunity for residents with unpaid dues. The authority has asked concerned residents to settle their complete outstanding amounts within the specified period.

According to the notice, residents who fail to clear their dues within 15 days could face suspension of ownership rights for their respective plots. FGEHA said the action would be taken under the applicable laws and regulations.
The authority has also warned that no additional notice or reminder will be issued before the proposed action against continued defaulters.
FGEHA has urged all affected residents to review their outstanding accounts and make the required payments within the deadline. Residents may also confirm their dues and payment details through the authority’s relevant offices before making payment.

The notice covers occupancy, water and conservancy charges and applies to residents with pending liabilities in the two specified sectors. The authority’s action is aimed at improving recovery of outstanding dues and ensuring compliance with applicable payment requirements.
Residents who have already cleared their dues should retain their payment records for reference. Those with unresolved discrepancies may seek clarification from FGEHA through the relevant channels.
