Government Plans to Build CPEC Business and Industrial Tower
The Board of Investment has submitted a summary to the Cabinet Committee on the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CCoCPEC) requesting clearance for the “CPEC Business and Industrial Tower in Islamabad.”
The CCoCPEC meeting originally scheduled for October 8, 2021, with the Minister of Planning, Development, and Special Initiatives as chair, has been postponed.

According to the available summary, the BOI has requested that the Capital Development Authority (CDA) discover a suitable piece of property in Islamabad by May 8, 2020; however, no suitable land has yet been identified for the project.
