The Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) has announced planned power outages across several areas within its distribution network on Friday to facilitate routine maintenance and system development work.
According to an IESCO spokesperson, electricity will remain suspended in the following areas and timings:

| Chakwal Circle | 6:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. | Abdullah Pur, Jalal Pur, Sagharpur, CWO, and nearby feeders |
| Jhelum Circle | 6:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. | Karoli Feeder |
GSO Circle Also to Face Extended Outages
IESCO said maintenance work on several 132kV transmission lines will also result in power suspensions in the GSO Circle.

The outages will also affect connected grid equipment and surrounding localities during the maintenance period.
IESCO apologized for the temporary inconvenience and said electricity supply will be restored before the scheduled time if the maintenance work is completed earlier than expected.
