A 49-kilometer-long, two-lane road connecting Karachi and Thatta was completed at a cost of Rs 8.8 billion, according to him. He stated that trees were also planted beside the roadway.
Additionally, the project contained an Emergency Response Center. In addition, the project contains a state-of-the-art Emergency Response Center, fire brigade station with contemporary fire trucks, and ambulance services.

Moreover, there are two 55-ton heavy cranes to maintain traffic flow on the road, he told the media following a tree-planting ceremony. Syed Zia Abbas Shah, provincial minister for works and services, added that approximately 15,000 saplings have been planted so far as part of the programme, which would continue.
