PESHAWAR: The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Economic Zones Development and Management Company (KPEZDMC) has invited sealed bids for a 4-kanal commercial plot in the Peshawar Economic Zone in Hayatabad, offering the property on an initial 30-year lease.
The site covers approximately 21,780 square feet and is being offered under a “Premium Plus Rental” arrangement. The advertised one-time premium for lease rights is Rs120 million, while the reserved monthly rent is Rs2.22 million, excluding applicable taxes. The lease may be extended in accordance with KPEZDMC regulations.
Interested businesses and investors must submit their sealed bids by 12:00 pm on November 17, 2026. A refundable call deposit equal to 5% of the quoted price is required with each bid. The bids are scheduled to open at 12:30 pm on the same day at the KPEZDMC Head Office in Hayatabad, Peshawar.
Bid documents are available from the company’s head office or the Peshawar Economic Zone Office for a non-refundable fee of Rs3,000. Applicants must follow the official tender instructions and submit the required documents and deposit to qualify for consideration.
KPEZDMC has reserved the right to accept or reject bids in accordance with the applicable Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) rules.
The offering provides businesses with an opportunity to secure commercial space within an established economic zone. The outcome will depend on bidder participation, compliance with tender conditions and the company’s final decision on the submitted bids.
