MDA to Auction Off Commercial Plots in Schemes 45, 25-A
According to news reports, the Malir Development Authority (MDA) would sell off commercial plots in schemes 45 and 25-A on October 13 and 14 in Karachi. The sale will take place at 10 a.m. on Junagarh Lawn in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, near to the Mushrique Shopping Center.

Scheme 45 is part of Taiser Town, where 64 lots ranging in size from 60 to 7,000 square feet are scheduled for auction on October 13.
In Scheme 25-A, part of the Shah Latif Town on the National Highway, 38 plots of between 50 and 800 square yards would be auctioned off the next day. In total, up to 100 plots are auctioned across both schemes.

The auctioned plots in Schemes 45 and 25-A are situated in several sub-sectors. Executive Engineer (XEN) MDA Taiser Town Scheme 45 Muhammad Arif and XEN MDA Shah Latif Town Scheme 25-A Zahid Khan can provide additional information on the subject.
