MAL Pakistan has partnered with inDrive to strengthen support for ride-hailing drivers by combining premium vehicle care solutions with digital services aimed at improving driver efficiency and convenience.
Under the partnership, Mobil™ lubricants will be made more accessible to inDrive’s driver community, helping improve engine performance, reduce maintenance downtime, and extend vehicle life. The initiative is designed to help drivers maximize their earning potential through better vehicle efficiency.
As part of the collaboration, a dedicated AutoSpa facility has been launched in Islamabad to provide vehicle maintenance services. Drivers will also benefit from preferential fuel access through MAL Pakistan’s partnership with Taj Gasoline, offering additional convenience while on the road.
JazzCash has joined the initiative as the digital payments partner, enabling secure and cashless transactions for Mobil™ products and exclusive promotions available to inDrive drivers.
Speaking at the signing ceremony, Khawar Jamal, CEO of MAL Pakistan Ltd., said the partnership reflects the company’s commitment to advancing Pakistan’s mobility ecosystem by combining high-quality lubricants with digital solutions that create greater value for drivers, retailers, and consumers.
Awais Saeed, Country Manager of inDrive Pakistan, said the collaboration aims to enhance the everyday experience of the platform’s driver community by providing practical solutions that improve vehicle maintenance and operational efficiency.
Asim Rajput, General Manager Marketing at MAL Pakistan Ltd., noted that the lubricant industry’s future lies in delivering connected customer experiences rather than simply selling products. He said integrating Mobil™ with mobility and digital payment platforms would improve convenience, strengthen customer engagement, and create added value throughout the mobility journey.
