Pakistan women’s national team midfielder Suha Hirani has completed an overseas move, signing with Transport United FC for the 2026 season.
The 24-year-old joins the Thimphu-based side from Karachi City FC, where she built a reputation as a reliable and experienced presence in midfield.
Hirani is widely regarded for her technical ability and attacking mindset. She is known for driving the ball forward, finding space between defensive lines, and making well-timed runs into the box to support the attack. While her primary role is as an attacking midfielder, she is also capable of playing on either wing, adding versatility to her game.
At the international level, she has been a regular starter for the Pakistan women’s national football team, contributing in key matches, including recent AFC Women’s Asian Cup qualifiers where she found the net. In addition to her offensive strengths, she is valued for her work rate and willingness to track back during defensive transitions.
Her move to Transport United FC represents a significant step forward in her career. The Bhutanese club is considered one of the more competitive teams in the country’s women’s football circuit, and Hirani is expected to play an important role in midfield, bringing both international experience and attacking quality.
The transfer also highlights a growing trend of Pakistani players seeking opportunities in regional leagues to gain regular playing time and further develop in competitive environments.
